Industry schemes are specially set up for employers and casual employees in the construction and catering industries, two sectors with high labour mobility. While employers are obliged to enroll their employees in MPF scheme, workers may open accounts in advance and get a "casual employee card" of relevant MPF scheme for easy account management in future.
